Returns Policy

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, as the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value.

EU customers: Under the EU right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us at info@aboutwallart.com before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of the product price. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be disclosed prior to purchase. Please note that custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return under this right.

Because these items are created specifically to your instructions, they cannot be returned or exchanged once produced.

Packaging

We take great care to ensure that your prints arrive in perfect condition.

Here’s how we package your orders:

- **A3 prints and larger** are carefully rolled and packed in high-quality, durable postal tubes to prevent any damage during shipping.
