• 1. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, KLARNA and Apple Pay. Your payment details are always secure and encrypted for your safety.

• 2. Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes within the first 24 hrs / before the order is processed.

• 1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping across the UK and the EU. For expedited shipping options, additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

• 2. How long will it take to receive my order?

It will take 48 hs for us to dispatch your order. Once dispatched, Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within the UK. If you select an expedited shipping option, you’ll receive your order sooner. We’ll keep you updated with tracking details.

• 3. Do you ship internationally?

We use premium 260 gsm satin photo paper that offers a subtle sheen and smooth finish, giving your artwork vibrant colour and crisp detail. This paper is acid-free and built to last, making it ideal for stylish, everyday display.

We’ve also recently added a museum-quality matte cotton paper (300 gsm) as a premium upgrade—available for both framed and unframed options. This fine art paper has a beautifully soft texture and exceptional depth of colour, perfect for those wanting a true gallery-standard finish.

• 2. How should I care for my wall art?

To keep your art prints looking their best:

• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the frames or glass
• Frame behind glass or acrylic to protect the surface from moisture or marks

• 3. Do you offer custom sizes or personalised options?

We currently offer a range of popular sizes, but if you're looking for custom dimensions or a personalised piece, feel free to contact us! We’re happy to discuss bespoke options where possible.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The size options shown in the product variants refer to the height and width of each individual unframed print in the set. When ordering a set of 3 prints, keep in mind that the total wall space used will be larger once the frames are added and the prints are spaced out.

To calculate the total width on your wall: add a few centimetres for each frame mould (depending on the frame thickness), multiply the width by 3 (for each print), and leave about 5 cm between each frame for spacing.

All prints are available unframed or framed, depending on the option you select before checkout. If you don’t choose a frame, you’ll receive high-quality unframed prints ready to mount in your frame. 

We also offer our artworks as wrapped canvas prints, which come ready to hang with no framing required. These are a great choice for areas where humidity might be a concern, like bathrooms or kitchens, as they’re more resistant to moisture than paper prints.

All our prints are produced using high-resolution digital printing with pigment inks. This method ensures rich, vibrant colours and long-lasting quality, making each piece fade-resistant and beautifully detailed, perfect for showcasing fine art at home.

We do our best to ensure that the colours you see on screen match the prints. However, slight variations can occur due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions in your home.

We recommend using picture hooks, command strips, or wall-safe adhesive hooks, depending on your wall type. When hanging a set, leave approximately 5 cm between each frame to create a balanced, gallery-style arrangement.
