Hang these abstract wall art paintings and watch your dining room take on a whole new mood — deep, moody and quietly magnetic. Each of the three prints carries the same flowing topographic wave pattern, rendered in rich charcoal and near-black tones with subtle variations in shade that give the artwork a real sense of depth and layered texture. Up close it almost looks carved; from across the room it reads as a bold, cohesive statement. I find that kind of dual quality genuinely exciting in a piece of wall art.
This set works especially well if you love the pared-back confidence of industrial, masculine or mid-century interiors. There are no fussy colours to match — the dark charcoal palette sits naturally against warm brown furniture, concrete-effect walls, exposed brick, or deep-toned paint. If your dining room leans moody and considered rather than soft and pastel, these prints are made for you.
I'd hang all three prints side by side in a straight horizontal row, evenly spaced, at sitting eye level so they read as one continuous piece when you're at the table. Because the pattern flows across each print in a slightly different way, they feel like a curated set rather than simple copies — that variety is what makes triptych art so satisfying to live with. Keep the gap between each print consistent; around 5–8 cm usually looks spot on for a set this size.
The dark charcoal tones mean these prints work hard against light walls — a warm white or greige wall will let them really pop — but they're equally at home on a dark-painted feature wall where they create that layered, tonal look that's so popular in industrial and mid-century dining spaces right now. If your dining table has warm brown wood tones, the deep near-black of the artwork will ground the whole room beautifully. For more ideas on pairing abstract art in dining and living spaces, have a browse through our full abstract wall art collection — there's plenty of inspiration in there.
The first thing I always ask is: how much wall have you got? This set of three prints creates a wide horizontal spread, so they're brilliant above a dining sideboard, a long console table, or the main wall behind a dining table. If your wall is narrower, go for smaller individual print sizes and keep the gap tighter — the set will still feel intentional and bold without overwhelming the space.
Colour-wise, the near-black charcoal palette is genuinely versatile — it's dark enough to feel dramatic but the subtle variation in tones keeps it from feeling flat or heavy. If your room already has a lot of dark furniture or dark flooring, you might want a lighter wall behind the prints to give them room to breathe. If everything else in the room is fairly light and neutral, this set will become the confident focal point the space has been waiting for.
It's also worth thinking about finish — Museum quality paper gives the deepest, most intense blacks if you really want to lean into that moody, textured look. Luster is a brilliant all-rounder with a gentle sheen that adds subtle life to the surface. Scroll down to see how each size looks in a dining room before you decide — there's a size-guide image below showing every size in that setting, which makes choosing so much easier.
Choose from white, black, or oak frames, each handmade here in the UK.
The front is fitted with a perspex panel — it has all the clarity of glass, but it's far lighter, so it won't strain your walls or risk damage, and because it's virtually unbreakable it's a much safer choice in homes with children or pets.
Behind that sits a painted MDF frame with a sturdy MDF backboard.
Your frame comes ready to hang with fixings included — smaller sizes also include a strut, so you can stand them freestanding or hang them in portrait or landscape.
Choose a framed option and your prints arrive fully assembled and ready to hang straight from the box.

The size options shown in the product variants refer to the height and width of each individual unframed print in the set. When ordering a set of 3 prints, keep in mind that the total wall space used will be larger once the frames are added and the prints are spaced out.
To calculate the total width on your wall: add a few centimetres for each frame mould (depending on the frame thickness), multiply the width by 3 (for each print), and leave about 5 cm between each frame for spacing.
All prints are available unframed or framed, depending on the option you select before checkout. If you don't choose a frame, you'll receive high-quality unframed prints ready to mount in your frame.
We also offer our artworks as wrapped canvas prints, which come ready to hang with no framing required. These are a great choice for areas where humidity might be a concern, like bathrooms or kitchens, as they're more resistant to moisture than paper prints.
We use premium 260 gsm satin photo paper that offers a subtle sheen and smooth finish, giving your artwork vibrant colour and crisp detail. This paper is acid-free and built to last, making it ideal for stylish, everyday display.
All our prints are produced using high-resolution digital printing with pigment inks. This method ensures rich, vibrant colours and long-lasting quality, making each piece fade-resistant and beautifully detailed, perfect for showcasing fine art at home.
We do our best to ensure that the colours you see on screen match the prints. However, slight variations can occur due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions in your home.
We recommend using picture hooks, command strips, or wall-safe adhesive hooks, depending on your wall type. When hanging a set, leave approximately 5 cm between each frame to create a balanced, gallery-style arrangement.
