Bring a touch of quiet, French country charm to your cooking space with these botanical chrysanthemum prints for kitchen walls — three beautifully detailed flower studies that feel both timeless and genuinely lovely to live with. Each print shows a full chrysanthemum bloom on its stem, rendered in soft ink-wash style in shades of charcoal, warm grey and black against a textured, torn-edge beige background that looks just like aged handmade paper. The effect is calm, considered, and a little bit special.
I love how the set works together — each of the three prints features the chrysanthemum from a slightly different angle and with a different arrangement of leaves, so they're clearly a family but never repetitive. The muted beige, grey and black palette keeps things relaxed without being boring, and that vintage botanical illustration feel is a perfect match for French country, rustic, or farmhouse-style kitchens. They'd look equally at home in a neutral modern space too.
My favourite way to hang this set is in a straight horizontal row — all three at the same height with an even gap between each one (around 5–8 cm looks neat without feeling rigid). Above a dresser, a sideboard, or along a run of kitchen cabinetry works really well. Because the palette is all beige, grey and black, these prints pair brilliantly with warm white, stone or pale sage walls — very classic French country. If your kitchen has open shelving or wooden beams, even better; the botanical, hand-drawn quality of the chrysanthemum illustrations fits right in with that kind of natural, rustic setting.
You could also hang them in a loose vertical stack in a narrow wall space — perhaps beside a door or between two windows — if a row isn't practical in your kitchen layout. Either way, I'd keep the surrounding decor fairly simple so the prints have room to breathe and do their thing. For more French country botanical inspiration, take a look at our full botanical wall art collection — there are some lovely companion pieces in there that work beautifully alongside this set.
Before you decide on a size, it's worth standing back and looking at the actual wall space you have in mind. For a set of three hung in a row, you'll want enough width to let each print breathe — too cramped and the delicate detail in the chrysanthemum illustrations gets a bit lost. A good rule of thumb is that the overall width of all three prints together should fill roughly two-thirds to three-quarters of the wall width you're working with.
In terms of finish, I'd say the Museum quality paper really does make the fine ink-wash linework sing — you get lovely depth and crispness in the dark charcoal tones. Luster paper is a brilliant option if you want a slightly warmer feel, and it works really well with the beige tones in the background of each print. If you're not sure which to choose, think about how much natural light your kitchen gets: a lighter, more matte finish tends to work better in brighter rooms, while Luster adds a gentle warmth in kitchens with less natural light. Choose from white, black, or oak frames, each handmade here in the UK.
The front is fitted with a perspex panel — it has all the clarity of glass, but it's far lighter, so it won't strain your walls or risk damage, and because it's virtually unbreakable it's a much safer choice in homes with children or pets.
Behind that sits a painted MDF frame with a sturdy MDF backboard.
Your frame comes ready to hang with fixings included — smaller sizes also include a strut, so you can stand them freestanding or hang them in portrait or landscape.
Choose a framed option and your prints arrive fully assembled and ready to hang straight from the box.

The size options shown in the product variants refer to the height and width of each individual unframed print in the set. When ordering a set of 3 prints, keep in mind that the total wall space used will be larger once the frames are added and the prints are spaced out.
To calculate the total width on your wall: add a few centimetres for each frame mould (depending on the frame thickness), multiply the width by 3 (for each print), and leave about 5 cm between each frame for spacing.
All prints are available unframed or framed, depending on the option you select before checkout. If you don't choose a frame, you'll receive high-quality unframed prints ready to mount in your frame.
We also offer our artworks as wrapped canvas prints, which come ready to hang with no framing required. These are a great choice for areas where humidity might be a concern, like bathrooms or kitchens, as they're more resistant to moisture than paper prints.
We use premium 260 gsm satin photo paper that offers a subtle sheen and smooth finish, giving your artwork vibrant colour and crisp detail. This paper is acid-free and built to last, making it ideal for stylish, everyday display.
All our prints are produced using high-resolution digital printing with pigment inks. This method ensures rich, vibrant colours and long-lasting quality, making each piece fade-resistant and beautifully detailed, perfect for showcasing fine art at home.
We do our best to ensure that the colours you see on screen match the prints. However, slight variations can occur due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions in your home.
We recommend using picture hooks, command strips, or wall-safe adhesive hooks, depending on your wall type. When hanging a set, leave approximately 5 cm between each frame to create a balanced, gallery-style arrangement.
