Hang this set of three art prints and watch a tall, wide wall instantly feel considered and calm — exactly what you want from wall decor for a high ceiling living room. Each print carries a sweeping Japanese ink-wash landscape: deep black and soft mauve tones bleed into misty white space, with silhouetted pine trees perched on rocky outcrops, a wooden stairway rising through fog in the central piece, and a lone figure in a small boat drifting across still water on the right. It's the kind of scene that makes you exhale the moment you look at it.
Together, the three prints flow as one panoramic composition — very much in the wabi-sabi spirit of finding beauty in simplicity and quiet imperfection. The palette is restrained: black, white, and that gentle mauve-grey that gives the whole set a warmth you wouldn't expect from a monochrome piece. If you've been searching for something genuinely calming and a little different from the usual botanical or abstract offerings, this Japandi landscape set might be exactly it.
With high ceilings, the biggest mistake I see is hanging art too low or too small — it can look a little lost. For this set of three, I'd hang all the prints in a horizontal row, treating the trio as one wide piece. Position the centre of the arrangement at roughly eye level (about 145–150 cm from the floor to the middle of the prints), then let the height of the ceiling do the talking around it — the generous white space in the artwork itself echoes that sense of open, airy room. Keep an even gap of around 3–5 cm between each print so the panoramic scene reads as one flowing image. Above a sofa or a low console table works beautifully. Because the palette is black, white, and mauve, these prints sit happily against white, warm grey, sage green, or even a deep charcoal feature wall. For more inspiration on styling art in larger living spaces, have a browse through our living room wall art collection — there are plenty of ideas in there to help you pull the whole look together.
For a high ceiling living room, I'd always nudge you towards the larger size options — they hold their own on a big wall in a way that smaller prints simply can't. Think about the width of your sofa or the piece of furniture beneath the wall; ideally, your three prints together should span roughly two-thirds of that width. If you're going for a really dramatic, gallery-worthy feel, go large and confident — this particular design, with all that open misty white space and bold black ink, genuinely rewards size.
For finish, the Museum quality paper gives you the crispest, deepest blacks and the most faithful rendering of those soft mauve ink washes — worth considering if you want the full impact of the artwork. Luster paper is also gorgeous and handles the contrast really well. If you prefer a more textural, contemporary feel, the wrapped canvas option is a brilliant choice and arrives ready to hang with no frame needed at all. Scroll down to see how each size looks in a living room before you decide — there's a size-guide image below showing every option in a real living room setting.
Choose from white, black, or oak frames, each handmade here in the UK.
The front is fitted with a perspex panel — it has all the clarity of glass, but it's far lighter, so it won't strain your walls or risk damage, and because it's virtually unbreakable it's a much safer choice in homes with children or pets.
Behind that sits a painted MDF frame with a sturdy MDF backboard.
Your frame comes ready to hang with fixings included — smaller sizes also include a strut, so you can stand them freestanding or hang them in portrait or landscape.
Choose a framed option and your prints arrive fully assembled and ready to hang straight from the box.

The size options shown in the product variants refer to the height and width of each individual unframed print in the set. When ordering a set of 3 prints, keep in mind that the total wall space used will be larger once the frames are added and the prints are spaced out.
To calculate the total width on your wall: add a few centimetres for each frame mould (depending on the frame thickness), multiply the width by 3 (for each print), and leave about 5 cm between each frame for spacing.
All prints are available unframed or framed, depending on the option you select before checkout. If you don't choose a frame, you'll receive high-quality unframed prints ready to mount in your frame.
We also offer our artworks as wrapped canvas prints, which come ready to hang with no framing required. These are a great choice for areas where humidity might be a concern, like bathrooms or kitchens, as they're more resistant to moisture than paper prints.
We use premium 260 gsm satin photo paper that offers a subtle sheen and smooth finish, giving your artwork vibrant colour and crisp detail. This paper is acid-free and built to last, making it ideal for stylish, everyday display.
All our prints are produced using high-resolution digital printing with pigment inks. This method ensures rich, vibrant colours and long-lasting quality, making each piece fade-resistant and beautifully detailed, perfect for showcasing fine art at home.
We do our best to ensure that the colours you see on screen match the prints. However, slight variations can occur due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions in your home.
We recommend using picture hooks, command strips, or wall-safe adhesive hooks, depending on your wall type. When hanging a set, leave approximately 5 cm between each frame to create a balanced, gallery-style arrangement.
